As real estate photographers, we understand that selling a home can be exhausting, that’s why we make customer service and interaction with you our priority.

The fastest and most efficient way to book an appointment would be to complete our contact form at www.fotoshoot.es/contacto/ Once we receive your message, we will contact you, or the owner of the house, if you Specify, to confirm a date / time for the appointment.

As early as possible to ensure that it can be scheduled in the period of time you are requesting. The earlier the notice, the easier it will be to obtain the exact time interval you want, but we will do our best to accommodate your schedule in each situation. Usually, we can schedule your photo report within 72 hours of your first contact with us (sometimes less time). Of course, this may vary according to the time of the year.

We do our best to be flexible and accommodate climate changes as best we can, either by reprogramming it or by doing indoor and outdoor on different days.

We ask that you notify us as soon as possible to avoid any fees that may apply. We understand that things arise and that appointments should be flexible. However, we charge a rescheduling fee of € 50 if the appointment is postponed, canceled or rescheduled for any reason within the 24 hour prior to the scheduled appointment time. We have this reprogramming fee to compensate our photographers who are often on their way to their appointment, for their time and expenses.

If a problem arises, you can call, leave a voice message, text message or email and we will contact you during business hours.

There is a designated area on our contact form where you can specify if there are areas in which you want the photographer to focus or avoid. Generally, we do not photograph closets, utility rooms, additional storage units or garages unless specifically requested. If you wish to photograph one or more of these areas for one or all of your properties, be sure to request that designated area, and we will also indicate your preferences in our system.

Depending on the number of photos you have selected, your appointment may take up to one hour or longer for a larger property. To make sure your appointment is made as quickly and smoothly as possible, make sure the house is clean and ready to take pictures. Once your bill has been paid, an email will be sent to you according to your preference with WeTransfer, Google Photos or Dropbox links that you can download to your computer. It is not necessary to have a Dropbox account to access the photos. You will receive the draft photos to be approved by you. Once you are satisfied, you will be sent the email to download the final photos. With our standard response speed, this email will be sent the next business day after your photoshoot.

When deciding how many photographs you need, you must take into account the size of the property, we count the bedrooms as the kitchens, bathrooms, living rooms are included as well as any feature you wish to highlight (pool, outdoor kitchen, garden or views, etc. .), as well as any community service such as tennis, golf, community pool, entrance and others.

When you hire a photo report with FotoShoot, you essentially pay us to produce the requested images. You own the images and we reserve the right to use them for the purpose of promoting our services.
